Chandigarh Police Recruitment – Application Fees
Candidate needs to pay application fee to apply for Chandigarh Police Constable Post. See the details below:
- Un Reserved and OBC category : Rs. 1000/- (One Thousand Rupee only)
- SC and EWS Category: Rs. 800/- (Eight Hundred Only)
- Ex-serviceman: None

Chandigarh Police Recruitment – Educational Qualification
Minimum qualification is required to apply for demanding applications. Candidate must have completed 10+2 or equivalent course by recognized board/institute/college. For Ex-Servicemen, 10+2 or Certificates awarded in the Defence Services by recognized as 10+2 or equivalent.
Chandigarh Police Recruitment – Age Limit
Age limit is dependent on category basis as per Chandigarh recruitment and reserved category. Age should be as on 20 May 2023:
- For General Category: 18-25 Years
- For OBC Category: 18-28 Years
- For SC Category: 18-30 Years
Age Relaxation is applied:
- Age Relaxable up to 45 years for Ex-Servicemen.
Chandigarh Police Recruitment – Selection Process
- Written Exam: All Candidates has to go through OMR written test process which shall be conducted 100 marks. Exam shall be based on multiple choice objective types.
- Physical & Measurement Test: Candidates are applying for post has to fulfil height and chest measurement criteria.
- Medical Examination: All Candidate need to passed a D O P E test before Physical & Measurement Test.
